1. Eligibility

Refunds are ONLY issued for:

  • Unopened products with intact seals.
  • Damaged/incorrect items (report within 3 days with photos).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened/organic products (perishable nature).
  • Personalized nutrition plans.

3. Process

  1. Email admin@eatreals.com with order # + proof.
  2. Refunds processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
