1. Eligibility
Refunds are ONLY issued for:
- Unopened products with intact seals.
- Damaged/incorrect items (report within 3 days with photos).
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened/organic products (perishable nature).
- Personalized nutrition plans.
3. Process
- Email admin@eatreals.com with order # + proof.
- Refunds processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
